Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using SimplyBlog. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SimplyBlog.
By accessing or using SimplyBlog ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
SimplyBlog is a SaaS platform that converts YouTube podcast content into blog posts using AI, and enables publishing to connected platforms such as Dev.to. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a limited free tier.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use SimplyBlog.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All prices are listed in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds may be issued within 7 days of a charge at our discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use the Service to: generate content that is defamatory, hateful, or illegal; infringe on third-party intellectual property rights; attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform; resell or redistribute access without permission; or violate any applicable laws or regulations. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
You retain ownership of the content you input and the posts you generate. By using the Service, you grant SimplyBlog a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service. SimplyBlog's branding, UI, and proprietary technology remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our written consent.
SimplyBlog connects to third-party services (e.g. YouTube, Dev.to, Stripe). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the actions, content, or availability of third-party platforms.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SimplyBlog shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
